"A call for when I fall"
Kate
Trustpilot review, March 2025

"Having the device has been a good decision. Given I have had several falls over the past few years, it now provides my family with reassurance. When you live alone security, without the loss of independence, is very important."
"Great peace of mind!"
Julia
Trustpilot review, February 2025

"Simple to find, order and set up. Exactly what I expected it to be and do. I have peace of mind now, knowing that if Mum did fall and couldn’t get to the phone she’d still be able to get help."
"First class and highly recommended"

Offer valid for new customers who sign up before 1st July 2025. May not be used in conjunction with any other offers. 1 month free every year, applies to new personal alarm customers only when you pay annually by Direct Debit and order online or by phone. ** Digital Personal Alarm and Digital Fall Alarm range will vary according to environment. Figures quoted are from original equipment manufacturer's specification. The Taking Care Anywhere location-aware GPS pendant will work anywhere in the UK, excluding the Channel Islands, and where there is a 3G or 4G cellular network to communicate, subject to atmospheric conditions, radio interference, buildings, or other forms of interference that can block the pendant's connection to GPS satellites.
^ The fall alarm sensor uses an algorithm to recognise the difference between ‘hard’ falls and other movements. Like many similar devices on the market, it cannot guarantee to detect all falls because it is dependent on where it is worn and the amount of shock or impact from the fall. If you fall and can press the emergency button then you should do so. Fall detection in the Taking Care Anywhere alarm works with the GPS pendant in pendant mode only and if you have a pacemaker this option has to be turned off.
^^ ActiveAlert looks for alarm call patterns to trigger a wellbeing call. It is a free and supplementary addition for new personal alarm service customers after 1st August 2024, excluding Personal Alarm Watch, Taking Care Sense and Safe Home Alert products. We do not guarantee that ActiveAlert will detect patterns accurately, or at all. It does not detect health conditions and is not a replacement for care or professional medical advice. Existing customers who subscribed before 1st August 2024 can opt-in to ActiveAlert by emailing activealertoptin@ppptakingcare.co.uk or calling 0800 085 7371 with their customer number. We reserve the right to change, amend or remove any part of this service at any time and without notice.v1.0
